Actively Ageless- Functional Fitness
Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00am-11amThroughout each 4 week session, participants will meet twice weekly in the Fit Room to enjoy unique 60 minute programs that will include a blend of cardio, balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Each class finishes with a short relaxation & recovery series. Adaptable for all abilities. $40/4 weeks, $10 drop-in.
Participants should wear athletic clothing and shoes for class. Hand weights and mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own and a towel.
Instructor: Jamie Burton, certified through Functional Aging Institute (FAI) as a Functional Aging Specialist and Group Excercise Specialist.
