Moms, Babies, 'n Afrobeats
Saturdays, 11:30am - 12:30pmThis program caters to all mothers looking to get fit and bond with their little ones all while moving to the rhythmic tunes from the motherland, Africa. This class includes an energizing warm, along with mid to up-tempo movements that build up on cardio and core exercises resulting in a total body workout. Participants must bring their own baby carriers for comfort and encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Perfect for ages newborn to 5yrs. $52/4 weeks.
