Zoom into Fitness and a Healthier You in the New Year!! Complete 1 mile a day for 100 days (January 15 - April 24) and be eligible to win weekly and grand prizes.
Aerobic activities such as yoga, biking or fitness classes count as "miles." Throughout the 100 days, weekly emails offer motivational tips, recipes, and ideas to reach your daily miles. How it works:
• Track your own miles - the goal is one mile a day for 100 days.
• Twenty minutes of physical activity counts as one mile or simply walk or run a mile a day.
• Generate an active and healthy lifestyle each day while having fun!
Complete 1 mile a day for 100 days...win prizes...have fun! Program begins January 15 and concludes on April 24.
All registered participants are eligible for weekly and grand prizes.
The program is self reporting and miles can be recorded on the Miles Tracking Form available on our website, or, link your fitness tracker to Challenge Runner and have your miles recorded online! Visit or website for more details at www.hagerstownmd.org/hubcity100
