Trampoline & Tumbling, Beginner Level
Sundays, 12:00-1:00pm
Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) is a fun and exciting way for your child to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus, discipline, and self-confidence. The goal of the class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on floor and trampoline, including beginner tumbling skills, trampoline* position jumps, and trampoline* partial rotation skills, while having fun and improving fitness. Ages 3-12. $71/4 weeks. $18 Drop-in.
*Trampoline equipment not available in Fit Room. Off site practices will be discussed prior to class. Most skills rehearsed in Fit Room with mats.
Coach Paula has been coaching a variety of ages and ability levels for 20 years (including 69 state, 15 regional, and 1 national champions) and she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics with young athletes.
