Sunday-Wednesday: Overnight: Check in on the first day will be from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the dorm TBA. Pick up will be held at 12pm on Wednesday at the softball field. Extended Day: Check in on the first day will be from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the dorm TBA. Pick up Sun-Tue at the softball field at 8pm. Pick up will be held at 12pm on Wednesday at the softball field. Sunday: 1pm-8pm (1-2 softball sessions, all meals included) Monday: 9am-8pm (2-3 softball sessions, all meals included) Tuesday: 9am-8pm (2-3 softball sessions, all meals included) Wednesday: 9am-12pm (1 softball sessions, breakfast & lunch included) *****CANCELLATION POLICY***** Any Camper who must cancel their registration more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the Camp start date will receive a voucher equal to the full amount of Camp tuition already paid which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. If a Camper must cancel their registration twenty-one (21) days or fewer prior to the start of Camp, eCamps will issue Camper or Parent a voucher equal to 50% of the Camp tuition, which may be used toward any program or camp offered by eCamps. Vouchers are valid for any eCamps program within the same or next calendar year and are also transferable to another family member. Camp vouchers are not extended to Campers who leave Camp after the start of a session. The $35 registration fee is non-refundable. If camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, a camp credit voucher will be given for the time missed. We do not give pro-rated cash/credit card refunds. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
