About This Activity
Poetry Slam Summer is an intensive workshop intended for novice to intermediate poets looking to develop/sharpen their skills in the art of spoken word and slam poetry.. Led by Lacroy "Atlas" Nixon of Slam Connection, Inc., students will meet once a week for four weeks, and the program culminates in a final open mic performance that will be ticketed and open to the public.
