Description
This focused training class is designed to safely improve flexibility, strength, and overall mobility for dancers of all levels. Through guided stretching, conditioning exercises, and proper technique, dancers will work toward increasing range of motion while preventing injury. This class is a great supplement to any dance style and helps dancers achieve cleaner lines, higher extensions, and greater control.
