Description
Develop your balance, stamina, strength, mind, and spirit. A slow, continuous movement can be called a moving meditation. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. It strengthens muscles, builds bone density, aids in cholesterol reduction, lowers blood pressure, and is good for the mind and one's well-being. It is very enjoyable to learn and do.
