About This Activity
Description
We have found this exciting class to be just what parents need to give their children a postive first step into running & fitness. Participants will learn proper warm-ups and stretching exercises. Along with fun track & field activities to help build self-confidence, gross/fine motor skills and overall coordination. One the last day of class they will have fun track & field meet. Bring your water bottles! Instructed by Sports R Us.
