About This Activity
Description
Introduce your child to the art of taekwondo. Our instructor will instill the five ancient tenets of taekwondo as a way of life-courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Participants will increase their strength, fitness, flexibility, condifence, focus, and discipline. Taekwondo teaches children how to build a strong healthy body and provides foundational elememts for improved more skills, better ability to pay attention and follow directions, practice courtesy and discipline, and gain self-confidence. Instructed by Ong.All in all 8 week of each session can choose 1 x week or 2 x week program. Official OTA Uniform required for purchase $70 complete set.
