About This Activity
Description
Tee Ball introduces boys and girls to the basics of recreation baseball. Practices and games focus on having fun and learning the basics of baseball throwing, catching, hitting from a tee and running the bases. Three innings per game; all players get up to bat each inning and no outs are called. This program is also designed to introduce young players to the benefits of sports such as fitness, fun, teamwork and friendship. All players will receive a team cap & T-shirt and recognition for participation. Practices will be on Tuesdays between 4-6pm (depending on coaches availability) games will be Thursdays at 5:00pm.
Practices begin March 25th with first game starting April 10th.
Children should wear athletic clothing and shoes, mitt and water bottle.
