About This Activity
Discover the art of linocut printmaking in this hands-on class for young artists! Students will learn how to transform their drawings into unique prints by designing, carving, inking, and printing their own linoleum blocks. Through guided instruction, students will explore the basics of relief printing, experiment with patterns and color, and create multiple prints from their original design. Each artist will complete a 4" x 6" linocut block to take home and use again and again. Perfect for creative kids who love drawing, designing, and making art with their hands!
