Dive into the colorful world of watercolor in this exciting, hands-on art camp designed especially for young artists! Campers will explore a variety of watercolor techniques including wet-on-wet painting, dry brush, layering, color blending, and creating texture with everyday tools. Throughout the week, students will paint vibrant landscapes, expressive animals, imaginative dream scenes, and detailed nature studies. They’ll learn how to control water and pigment, mix beautiful color palettes, and use light and shadow to bring their artwork to life. Whether your child is brand new to watercolor or already loves to paint, this camp will spark creativity, grow skills, and send them home with a portfolio full of beautiful, frame-worthy artwork! On the final day of camp, we invite parents to a special reception to celebrate their young artists and to see the work your children have created throughout the week.
