Instructor: Anna McDowell Get ready for a week of colorful, candy-coated creativity! In Candyland Adventures, young artists will dive into playful art projects inspired by their favorite sweet treats. From towering ice cream cones and frosted cupcakes to sprinkle-covered donuts and imaginative candy creations, each day brings a new sugary spark of inspiration. Campers will explore painting, drawing, collage, and sculpture while experimenting with bright colors, fun textures, and a variety of creative materials. Along the way, they’ll create vibrant cake paintings inspired by the artwork of Wayne Thiebaud, blend delicious-looking cupcakes with oil pastels, and sculpt whimsical donuts topped with colorful clay sprinkles. This playful camp encourages young artists to explore their imaginations, experiment with new techniques, and create artwork that looks almost sweet enough to eat—no baking required! 🍭🎨🍩 On the final day of camp, we invite parents to a special reception to celebrate their young artists and to see the work your children have created throughout the week.
