Ready to get messy and make magic? In Fun with Fabric, young artists will dive into a rainbow of fun as they experiment with cool dyeing techniques that turn plain materials into bold, colorful masterpieces! Campers will twist, tie, drip, paint and layer dyes to create amazing patterns using techniques like shibori, tie-dye, resist dyeing and eco dyeing. Every day is a color adventure filled with surprises as campers watch colors swirl, spread, and mix in unexpected ways. Along the way, they’ll learn how to design their own patterns, try out wild color combinations, and create unique projects to wear and take home. Items may include t-shirts, tote bags, bandanas and hats. Expect big creativity, bright colors, and lots of “wow!” moments—perfect for kids who love hands-on fun and aren’t afraid to get a little messy! No experience needed—just bring your imagination and clothes you don’t mind getting colorful! On the final day of camp, we invite parents to a special reception to celebrate their young artists and to see the work your children have created throughout the week.
