Explore imaginative character design in Tentacles & Tablets: Digital Aliens & Monsters, a digital illustration class for teens interested in creating original creatures and otherworldly designs. Using iPads and Procreate, students will learn core digital drawing techniques including sketching, line quality, shading, color theory, and texture. Through guided instruction and creative projects, teens will focus on developing believable alien and monster characters by studying form, anatomy, expression, and visual storytelling. Students will experiment with brushes, layers, and effects to refine their artwork and build confidence working in a digital format. This class is ideal for beginners and teens looking to expand their digital art skills. No prior experience is required. iPads will be provided, but students are welcome to bring their own. On the final day of camp, we invite parents to a special reception to celebrate their young artists and to see the work your children have created throughout the week.
