Instructor: Hannah Hulme Dive into the world of vibrant, textured, and spontaneous printmaking with Gelli printing! In this fun and experimental workshop, you’ll learn how to use Gelli plates, a soft, gelatin-like surface to create one-of-a-kind monoprints. Gelli printing combines elements of traditional printmaking with the freedom of creating art in a spontaneous way. Throughout the session, you'll experiment with layers of colorful paint, stencils, textures, and mark-making tools to build stunning, abstract, or nature-inspired prints. In this workshop, you will also explore how to incorporate different materials like fabric, paper, and other found objects to create intriguing compositions.
