Description
Karate Beg/Inter, Mon/Wed - Rick Novack Community Center 13558 Palm St.
This class is designed to teach your kids the basic fundamentals of Shotokan Karate. In training, you will receive physical fitness, cardio workout, and weight loss. Other added benefits are an increase in balance, flexibility, and self discipline.
Meets on the following Mondays and Wednesday at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
June 3, 5, 10, 12, 19, 24, and 26th.
No class June 17th.
