All camp sessions are led by Valor’s Own Culinary Team, Executive Chef, Stephen Cherry and DDS Brandon Benjegerdes. Students will scratch the surface on some of the secrets known to prepare and execute some tasty staples! Each week our team of talented chefs will touch on a different cuisine: Asian fusion, Latin, Italian, and Classics food will be presented with fundamental culinary techniques our young chefs can take home with them. The way our Culinary Team emphasizes flavors on this campus will be explained with a hands-on practicum. Our students will learn that food preparation can be just as exciting as the enjoyment! The way we gather around a cutting board will leave not only our stomach’s full yet also our hearts! Meet you at the prep table! Beginner Kitchen safety and knife skills are covered.
