Junior Development Program: Bridging Passion and Performance Smith Stearns Tennis Academy’s Junior Development Program is designed for dedicated junior players ages 8–18 who are ready to move beyond recreational training but not yet ready for the full-time Academy experience. Tailored for intermediate-level players, this after-school program bridges the gap between our Future Stars and Academy programs—emphasizing technical development, footwork, match strategy, and mental toughness in a dynamic and supportive environment. Program Highlights • Open to players by ability, not just age (ideal for UTR ~1.0–4.0) • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 4:00–5:30 PM • Saturday | 10:00-11:30 AM • Choose from a 2-day, 3-day or 4-day option per week (you select the days) • Focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and competitive play Summer 2026 Semester Dates: Start: Tuesday, May 26th End: Saturday, August 8th This is an 11 week session, but we have factored in summer vacations and priced accordingly.
