Summer camp at HHS is a hands-on adventure for kids and teens who love animals. Each week features an engaging age focused curriculum, filled with interactive activities, games, crafts/creative projects, and opportunities to learn about animals, from household pets to the wildlife in our communities. Campers will explore animal care, behavior, and the important roles animals play in our lives, while building empathy, curiosity, and confidence. Along the way, they’ll meet animal professionals, enjoy safe interactions with shelter pets, visits from therapy animals, and also discover the many paths available to animal lovers of all kinds. Older campers and teens will also dive into real-world skills like volunteering, advocacy, and using social media campaigns to support animals and causes they care about. Each camp has small group sizes led by experienced educators in a welcoming, supportive environment. Come join us for adventure, games, science and art! (and some surprised too!) Days: Monday - Thursday Cost: $300 Time: 3 Hours
