Kidokinetics Fit Club is an exciting, high energy fitness experience created especially for students in grades 2 through 4. Through engaging games, dynamic activities, and age appropriate equipment, participants develop coordination, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in a positive and encouraging setting. Week 1: Total Body Basics Week 2: Flexibility & Balance Week 3: Cardio Conditioning Week 4: Strength & Stability Week 5: Agility & Coordination Week 6: Core & Control Week 7: Speed & Endurance Each session is designed to keep students active, introduce new movement skills, and build self confidence as they discover what their bodies can achieve. Best of all, they stay motivated and have a great time alongside their peers.
