About This Activity
This option is for families that commit to monthly payments with the days that you select monthly. Please note to switch days, you must email holaprograms@holahoboken.org to request the change. Aftercare begins at school dismissal and continues until 6:00 p.m. Your child will be supervised by an aftercare staff. The Aftercare program provides students with quiet time for homework, reading, and small group play as well as opportunities for physical activities and arts and crafts. Aftercare Tentative Schedule: 3:00-4:00: Clubs / Tutoring / Aftercare: Students not involved in a club or tutoring session will engage in supervised activities, which may include quiet games, creative projects, or social time with peers in a calm setting. 4:00-5:10: Snack Time / Homework Help / Quiet Study Time 5:15-6:00:Outdoor Play- Roof Top Please note the following: Late pick-ups (pickups after 6 pm) are charged at $1 per minute. Rates are fixed based on prorating school year days over the individual months and will not be prorated or refunded for school breaks, snow days, student absences, etc. as we have already factored those days into the pricing. The Aftercare program follows the school schedule for closures and holidays. If the school is closed, the Aftercare program will be canceled. Additionally, the Aftercare program will be closed on specific dates during the school year to accommodate school events. Closure / early dismissal dates for the Aftercare program: No Aftercare (Regular Dismissal): 9.18.25: MS Back to School Night (MS only) 11.26.25: Thanksgiving Eve (All students) 1.15.25: MS Winter Concert (MS only) Early Dismissal with Modified AC: 12.11.25: PTC– 1PM dismissal, AC ends at 3PM 12.18.25: Staff Event – Early dismissal, AC ends at 5PM 3.19.26: PTC–1PM dismissal, AC ends at 3PM TBD (Spring 2026): Sabor – Early dismissal, AC ends at 5PM 6.21.26: Staff Event – Early dismissal, AC ends at 5PM
