About This Activity
Description
Group StrengthGroup Strength is a class that will build strength, bone density and endurance. It is most like lifting or being in a weight room. We will use TRX, kettlebells, weight bench, resistance bands, hand weights, and weight machine. Each client can start at the weight that is safest for them and slowly increase with time. Form and technique will be taught. All levels and ages of fitness are welcome to attend.
