🎾🏐 Jump Start Sports – Tennis & Volleyball Combo Program Overview (6 Weeks) Our Tennis & Volleyball combo program introduces athletes to two sports in a fun, structured, and age-based group environment. The focus is on building coordination, confidence, and fundamental skills through movement, repetition, and guided play — not pressure or competition. 👥 Coaching & Group Structure Low player-to-coach ratios to ensure quality instruction and supervision Group-based instruction that encourages independence, teamwork, and confidence This is not 1-on-1 private training This is not an advanced or competitive training program All instruction follows an age-based curriculum, adjusted naturally within each group 🎾 Weeks 1–3: Tennis Focus Racquet handling, grip basics, and ball tracking Forehand and backhand introduction Fun rally-style drills and tennis-themed games 🎯 🏐 Weeks 4–6: Volleyball Focus Overhand and underhand movement patterns Passing (bumping), hand positioning, and footwork Introductory serving motion and volleyball-based games 🎉 🎯 Session Structure Each session includes: Skill instruction and drills Guided gameplay or cooperative challenges Fun mini-games to reinforce learning ⏱️ Turn-Taking & Waiting Expectations Some drills require taking turns Short wait times of 2–5 minutes may occur Waiting helps build patience, focus, and sportsmanship 👨👩👧 Parent Involvement Parent involvement varies by age and developmental level Younger participants may need assistance 🤝 Older participants are encouraged to engage independently Please do not interrupt coaches during drills unless asking a question 👕 Program Gear & Rewards Each participant receives a Jump Start Sports shirt 👕 We encourage wearing the shirt weekly All players receive a medal at the end of the program 🏅 📋 Refunds & Cancellations No refunds unless requested 24 hours prior to program start Credits may be issued for future programs Sessions may be cancelle
