About This Activity
Does your child love video games? Young students can create platform video games in this incredible class. Choose a storyline with favorite superheroes as the stars, add challenges and difficulty levels, and share them by email or post them on the web to challenge family and friends. Students can practice math, logic and programming while putting their video game talents to work. Students should have basic reading skills for this course. Weather appropriate footwear and outdoor clothing should be worn for outdoor periods. Participants need to bring a nut-free snack and refillable water bottle each day, and a USB to save games during the last session. This class is led by Tech Academy.
