About This Activity
Description
2026 Youth Basketball Program (Partnership with HPARD, Houston Rockets and Greater Houston Police Activities League) will provide a recreational youth basketball program while providing a safe environment. Youth will learn at practices sport-specific skills, such as throwing, catching, dribbling, shooting, defense, agility, and speed. In addition, they will learn motor skills development, fitness conditioning, and have opportunities for healthy competition. 5-week session meeting 2 days per week (TUE/THU or MON/WED) for 1 hour per practice; End-of-Season Tournament will be held on Saturday, Sep 12, 2026, at Fonde Community Center.
