Vet Science: Exotic Pets Step into the fascinating world of veterinary science and discover what it takes to care for animals beyond the ordinary! In this hands-on camp, aspiring veterinarians will explore the unique needs of exotic pets such as reptiles, birds, amphibians, and small mammals. Campers will learn about animal habitats, nutrition, handling, and preventive health care, while practicing real-world skills like observation, record-keeping, and basic wellness checks. Vet Science Camp includes: dissections, biology, and anatomy. Campers will also participate in an art/science project building habitats for exotic pets. Camp Enhancements: Field Trip: A visit to TGR Exotics Wildlife Park, where campers encounter rare and fascinating animals. Onsite Field Trip: A visit from veterinarian, and exotic zoo complete with live specimens to explore animal anatomy and care. Fun Friday Activity: An Obstacle Course Challenge, where campers put their agility, speed, and teamwork to the test.
