About This Activity
Description
This class is designed for all levels to learn the competitive aspects of Judo. Focus is on training for competition and self defense. Learn how to lose weight, increase your strength, quickness, coordination and flexibility while learning one of the Japan's most prominent martial arts! This class includes Judo throwing (Tachi Waza), strangulation (Shime Waza), and joint manipulation (Kansetsu Waza) techniques.
