Description
Shorinji Kempo is an educational martial art that teaches people to be peaceful, improve their minds, promote good health and is a means of protecting oneself. Rather than always focusing on physical strength, Shorinji Kempo also improves the character of the person through the study of: Japanese language, punches, kicks, escapes, and philosophy.
