About This Activity
Beetlejuice…Beetlejuice…Cinderella?! That’s right! Get ready to light up the stage for these two fabulous productions at FPCTA this Fall. Students in this cohort will be busy helping our resident Educational Lighting Designer to create and program light plots for the Academy production of “Beetlejuice Jr” and the mainstage production of “Cinderella”. Students’ names will be listed in both programs and will have the option of working on the run crew for “Beetlejuice Jr.” Students will be working hands-on in our NEWLY RENOVATED theatre space and will learn how to program and operate on a ETC Nomad control board (no previous experience required!) On the last day of class, families and friends will be invited to an informal show and share where students show a slideshow talking about their accomplishments and sharing about their process. Students will also receive a certificate of completion.
