About This Activity
The title says it all! Get ready to: make, take, and PLAY! This exciting Makers class will combine all the things your student loves about making, and then some! Students will use a combination of crafting supplies and random objects to create props, puppets, toys, inventions, and more while discovering what it means to be a “Maker”. Students will take their projects home throughout the semester to enjoy with their families! On the last day of class, families will be invited to a fun, informal presentation where students will present a slideshow, receive a certificate, and share their accomplishments for the semester.
