Welcome to our 1 Day Fall Break Art Camps! This is a condensed version of our Summer Art Camps and led by a professional teaching artist. To create a full week or multi-day experience, please register for multiple one-day camps.
Zines (short for Magazines) are DIY mini-books or pamphlets that allow you to share your unique art, stories, poems, comics, and more in a creative, handmade format. Whether you have existing artwork or want to create something new, this camp is all about giving you the freedom to express yourself and share your voice!
Students will learn the history and culture of zines and explore how to organize and design their zine’s content.
By the end of the camp, you'll have your very own printed zine to keep and trade with other campers—plus, a whole new set of skills in DIY publishing and bookbinding! The best part? The topic of your zine is completely up to you, giving you the creative freedom to make it a true reflection of who you are as an artist.
All supplies are provided, so just bring your ideas and creativity.
Drop-off for camp is at 9 AM. Campers may not be dropped off prior to 9 AM.
