About This Activity
Description
Explore nature at Stanley Strader Park through hands-on activities, play, and meaningful outdoor experiences. Youth can enjoy curiosity-driven projects to learn about plants and animals in the neighborhood, even nature in your own backyard. Join us for one hour of exploration Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6 pm. Activities will include observing nature around the park, playing nature connection games, crafting with natural materials, and learning survival skills like shelter-building. Learn about the plants and animals that can be found in Stanley Strader Park – nature is everywhere!
