In this creative 2-day workshop, teens will learn how to design and construct their own handmade journals using the traditional Coptic stitch binding technique. Students will assemble their journals from a mix of recycled papers, ephemera, fabric scraps, and found materials—making each book a one-of-a-kind reflection of their personal style.
Along the way, participants will gain hands-on experience in bookbinding, layout, and design, while learning how to work with various textures and mediums to craft expressive, functional journals.
All materials provided. No prior bookbinding experience needed—just bring your creativity!
