About This Activity
Description
Have you ever wondered how the image was applied to your favorite t-shirt or tote bag? Join us in our printmaking studio to get a behind the scenes look at the world of printmaking! Teens will explore two kinds of printmaking: linocut and Gelli printing. Linocut involves carving an image into a linoleum block, while Gelli printing is a fun process-centric method for creating rich textures and transferring images to a new surface. Throughout the week, teens will produce several editions of their prints on both paper and fabric. All supplies are provided.
*Campers may arrive as early as 8:30am. Camp instruction will begin at 9:00am*
