About This Activity
Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
A three week program for youth ages 8-12 that focuses on
teaching proper movement skills in everyday activities or
sports. The goal of the program is for the youth to feel
better and move better as they grow. Each month will focus
on a different component like balance, coordination, speed,
and proper form around body weight exercises. The program
will be held in various locations. The trainer will reach out
prior to the start of class.
