About This Activity
Instructor: Orchard Makerspace Teacher Scott Weaver This camp is for NON-ORCHARD students and is designed to provide an opportunity for children outside the Orchard community to experience our Makerspace. Young builders in Grades 1–4 will spend their half-day creating a wooden sword, shield, and battle ax in the Makerspace. Campers will learn to use basic hand tools, proper techniques for shaping wood, and explore artistic options to enhance their projects Camp tuition includes a materials fee.
