About This Activity
Description
Come explore the kitchen alchemy of fermentation! Learn how to take cabbage from harvest through preparation and lactic acid fermentation, resulting in delicious sauerkraut! Fee includes one jar of sauerkraut, picked up two weeks after the class when fermentation is complete. Limit 10 participants; pre-registration required. Participants must be comfortable using a knife to chop vegetables.
