About This Activity
Instructor: Jeanie Gensheimer, Owner of Rapunzel's Gymnastics Gymnastics is the BEST sport for building coordination, flexibility, and strength! Children love the excitement and challenge of gymnastics as they explore the joy of movement. Fun activities include tumbling, climbing the rope, vaulting, working on the bars, practicing on the balance beam, and developing springboard skills. Through these activities, your child will build overall fitness, poise, confidence, and self-discipline. This week, we will train as superheroes—wear your capes, complete missions, and earn points and prizes!
