As a part of our Community Dance Night series, Monday July 13 will feature Xtreme Hip Hop with Kaira! It is a high-energy hip hop aerobics class that combines classic aerobic step work with hip hop choreography for a fun, sweat-worthy workout.
We start with simple, beginner-friendly steps, apply them to music, and gradually build intensity as you gain confidence. No prior experience is needed—this class is welcoming, approachable, and designed for all fitness levels.
