About This Activity
Description
Whether you're picking up a hook for the first time or building on your skills, this all-levels crochet class is the perfect space to get creative with yarn! Students will learn and practice essential stitches, patterns, and techniques while working on fun, personalized projects like accessories, home décor, or amigurumi (small yarn creatures). Led by an experienced instructor, students will explore color, texture, and design at their own pace, with guidance tailored to their skill level. It’s a relaxing, social, and skill-building experience—great for beginners and those with more experience.
All materials are provided. Just bring your creativity!
Please Note: This is a shared class with Needle Felting (ages 10–18). Both classes will take place at the same time and in the same studio with the same instructor. The instructor will provide individual and small-group instruction to support each student in their chosen medium.
Questions? If you have any questions or if your student is interested in trying both mediums during the 7-week course, please contact Becca Doleh, Director of Youth, Teen, and Teacher Programs, at btrainor@indyartcenter.org
