About This Activity
Have you ever wondered what it is like to communicate with your hands? American Sign Language or ASL is used by 250,000-500,000 Americans. This camp will help campers to use their hands, body, and facial expressions to communicate in ASL through fun lessons, games, and activities. Led by Cathedral’s American Sign Language Teacher Mrs. Stephanie Campo, this beginner interactive camp will involve many basic hands on activities to help students learn more about the use of American Sign Language. If you are a camper who has little or no experience in ASL, this camp is for you.
