Instructor: Kids Connect Supervisor and Early Childhood Substitute Teacher Ruby Arnold '19 Designed for young children who thrive with routine and consistency, this all-day early childhood camp offers a nurturing environment with a predictable daily schedule. Campers spend the day with the same teacher, building strong relationships and a sense of security. Each day includes structured learning and play, outdoor time, lunch, and a restful nap/quiet time, supporting children’s developmental needs. While the daily rhythm stays consistent, each week features a new, engaging theme that inspires hands-on activities, stories, art, and imaginative play. This camp is ideal for children who benefit from structure while still enjoying the fun and wonder of summer camp. This week's theme: Bug Camp is a playful week of discovery where preschool and kindergarten campers explore the world of bugs through stories, songs, crafts, games, and outdoor activities. Children will learn about bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and other insects while building curiosity, creativity, and a love for nature. Campers will earn Bug Camp Passport stickers, enjoy themed snacks, and end the week with a fun Bug Party. Note: Your child must be 3 years old and fully potty trained by the start of camp.
