A Personalized Path for Curious Minds The Elementary Co-Learning Program at Arrows Learning Academy is designed for families seeking a vibrant, "outside-the-box" educational community. Perfect for homeschoolers, neurodiverse learners, and gifted students, our program serves as a bridge between home-based learning and a professional, social classroom environment. Our academy offers a flexible "village" approach to education, allowing students to attend up to two days a week to complement their home-based curriculum. In this student-centered setting, we move away from the rigid constraints of traditional schooling, instead utilizing a rotational model that honors a child’s natural need for movement and deep focus. With an intimate 1:6 staff-to-student ratio, our "Guides" provide personalized mentorship in foundational literacy and math, while integrating hands-on STEAM projects that turn abstract concepts into real-world discoveries. We prioritize the development of the "Whole Child," placing a heavy emphasis on social-emotional growth, conflict resolution, and the "win-win" mindset that defines our academy culture. Beyond the core academic hours, we believe that learning should extend into the community and build lasting bonds between families. Our program is enriched by regularly scheduled field trips, vibrant family events, and a variety of student-led clubs that allow children to explore specific passions alongside their peers. For families needing a full-day solution, we also offer a seamless transition into our After-School Care program (available Monday through Friday until 6:00 PM).
