About This Activity
This speed and agility clinic, run by Bishop Chatard Strength and Conditioning Coach Kyle Padgett, will give campers age-appropriate drills, exercises and games to help improve their overall speed and agility and provide them with the opportunity to have fun and be active. Bishop Chatard is offering this speed and agility camp in conjunction with shortened athletic camps to give young athletes another option to extend their camp day. Campers will be broken into age groups at the camp.
