Description
This free class is made possible in partnership with Art Mix. NeuroPlay is a mixed-media visual arts experience led by Neuro-Artist Omar Rashan, blending creativity and neuroscience to help students explore how art connects to the brain. Each session introduces mindful, hands-on projects from painting and collage to visual journaling, that spark imagination, focus, and emotional expression. Through play, experimentation, and community, students discover the power of art to calm the mind and inspire new ways of thinking. This class will not meet on Tuesday November 11, 2025.
