Instructor: Orchard parent, former Kindergarten teacher Emily Layne We’ll dive into the fun of creating your very own dollhouse and use recycled materials and art supplies to make fantastical miniature worlds! We’ll transform ordinary things - a stash of recycled cardboard boxes, bottle caps, fabric scraps, and more - into extraordinary creations. We’ll plan and sketch out your dream designs—maybe a cozy living room, a funky kitchen, or a snug bedroom. Armed with scissors, glue, paint, and a sprinkle of glitter, you’ll get to work cutting, shaping, and decorating. At the end of the week, each child will bring home their masterpiece—a colorful testament to their creativity, resourcefulness, and love for the planet as an Orchard Camper! Their dollhouses aren't just toys; they're symbols of how fun and rewarding it can be to reuse, repurpose, and enjoy the process of creating! Looking forward to seeing their imaginations run wild!
