About This Activity
Instructor: Jeremy South of Ripple Mobile Arts Join Instructor Jeremy South on an epic journey to the land of giants! This week, you’ll create dinosaurs, elephants, and dragons using both clay and brick building techniques. Each participant will begin the week working with clay and finish with brick building. Every student will have the opportunity to create a piece on the pottery wheel, with expert guidance. In clay, we’ll design an elephant in the jungle, a dinosaur with a volcano, and a dragon with a castle. For the brick building portion, we’ll construct dinosaurs and animals to complement your clay creations. Clay items will be fired and available for pickup at the school approximately 3-4 weeks after the camp.
