About This Activity
Instructor: Orchard Summer Camp Co-Director and Kids Connect Coordinator Jackie Smith and Orchard Preschool Teacher Erin Hiday Come join Captain Barnacles, the leader of the “Octonauts” and his underwater crew, and dive down into the deepest depths of the ocean to help "Explore!” “Rescue!” and “Protect” the Ocean creatures we meet. We will explore the world of crabs, shellfish and Snot Sea Cucumbers in the Ocean’s Sunlit Zone; Glowing Spookfish in the Twilight Zone; Blob Fish and Deep diving Sperm Whales in the Midnight Zone; Sea Stars in the Abyssal Zone and finally Tube Worms and Hairy Yeti Crabs from the deepest underwater trench, the Mariana! Please note that students must turn 3 by the start of the school year and be potty trained in order to attend this camp.
